Can we meet beforehand?
Absolutely! This is obviously a must - you and your dog can come and visit us to get a feel for where they’ll be staying.Will my dog stay in a kennel?
No - all dogs live in our home as part of our family.What do I need to provide?
Food, bed, and anything that helps your dog feel at home.Are dogs required to be vaccinated?
Yes – all dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations.How many dogs do you board?
Just 1 (unless from same household / family) so they get all the love and attention they deserve!Are you licensed / insured?
Yes, we’re fully licensed via Kirklees Council and fully insured for peace of mind.Will you provide updates so I know my dog is enjoying their stay?
With your permission we create a shared photo album so you can see what your dog has been up to and provide updates on a daily basis.

Can we meet beforehand?
Yes – we always recommend a meet & greet.How long are the walks?
Typically 45 mins, giving your dog the exercise and stimulation they need. For clarity, this is 45 mins exercise, not 45 mins from when the dog is collected.Why are your walks 45 mins instead of an hour?
Our walks are designed to provide focused, structured exercise rather than simply time on the clock. A 45 min walk offers plenty of physical activity, enrichment and stimulation for most dogs. It also allows us to keep small, well-managed groups and maintain high standards of care throughout. When you factor in collection, drop-off, towel drying, and post-walk checks, your dog enjoys a complete, well-rounded experience – not just the walk itself.What time are the walks?
Typically, these will be at 10am / midday / 2pm. However, please enquire if you require any other times (early morning, etc) and we’ll do our best to accommodate.Do you collect and return my dog?
Yes - safe home collection and return is included.Will my dog be off lead?
Only with your consent and if it is safe to do so.Are the walks in groups?
Yes - mainly small, friendly, well managed groups.Do you offer solo walks?
Absolutely - we understand not all dogs are the same and some require individual time and care on their own.What happens with home visits?
I’ll call in at a pre-arranged time to give your dog the care it needs - whether it’s just to let them out, feed them or just give them some well-deserved attention!Are you insured?
Yes - fully insured for complete peace of mind.What about keys if I’m not in?
Many customers have a key safe. However, you can leave a key with us - we’ll label it up with a code so that your address stays hidden.How do I pay?
An invoice will be created either weekly or monthly - whatever you prefer. Cash / bank transfer both accepted.
